FOUR observations from the Rugby World Cup that I feel need urgent attention: 1. Hooker standing in field of play when throwing in, which the referee and his assitants seem to ignore.
2. Blatant not straight feeds at the scrum right in front of the referee – are all refs blind? They are totally to blame.
3. Penalties kicked out of hand being taken three or four paces past the mark. Ref once again to blame.
