Let’s stop the clock at scrum resets

I AM all for making rugby safer for the players but I think referees should stop the clock when resetting the scrum.
Not stopping the clock leaves less time to play rugby. Not good for fans who want to see an 80 minute game.
This amendment needs to be practiced by all clubs down to junior level.
Also I would like to see the ball put in the scrum and hooked rather than many who feed it straight through.
And we don’t want more kicking, more line outs. Otherwise we might as well have all teams play Rugby League.
