Dual-registration system is a mess

IT is totally unfair that some National League sides can benefit from close ties with Premiership clubs while others simply cannot.
If I was a Hull Ionians player or supporter I would be outraged.
How can it be fair that Loughborough parachute in ten Tigers on dual-registration to avoid the drop to National Two?
