EVER since Mike Catt and Will Greenwood retired, England have had a problem at inside centre.
They have desperately sought a player able to do the crash ball, and who can also be a playmaker and had devastating pace.
I think England have the perfect player for the problem position, but not maybe who you’d expect. Not so long ago TRP did an article on centres who have or maybe can move into the pack, like La Rochelle’s Levani Botia.
That got me thinking surely the reverse must be possible so I scanned the list of potential England back row forwards.
