Hartley was unlucky to be cited this time

I WON’T pretend to be a fan of Dylan Hartley, but I can’t help but feel he’s been very hard done by in the latest ERC Rugby citings.
What seemed like no more than an accidental slap whilst “clearing out”, the other player involved, Rabah Slimani, was later to exact revenge by charging in to Hartley in the head with his shoulder with considerably more force, and undoubted intent.
I just can’t agree with the citing commissioner and it seems to me that Hartley’s reputation is doing him no favours.
