Hooley seeks fresh start after Luamanu setback

FORMER Exeter fly-half Will Hooley insists he bears no malice towards Mat Luamanu despite last November’s clash with the Harlequins hit-man that rendered him severely concussed and led to his Premiership ambitions being put on hold.
Luamanu was handed a five-week ban for a brutal late tackle on Hooley during the Anglo-Welsh Cup tie at the Stoop – an incident that Hooley admits left him in “a dark place” before he opted to drop down a division this summer to join Bedford.
