Salary cap cheats should be exposed

I’M a pretty neutral fan in the Premiership but even I feel aggrieved on behalf of Northampton Saints and other teams done over by salary cap cheats.
The interview last week with Northampton’s outgoing CEO Alan Robson – himself a former member of the salary cap committee – shows how ridiculous the situation is. Why were the cheats not brought to task? How can the other sides willingly continue to rub shoulders with those who have conspired to corrupt the system.
