Weight limits would improve spectacle

IS there really such a need for these big players? How about introducing a weight limit in rugby? It might sounds crazy at first but it would make the game quicker paced, more skillful and with fewer injuries.
I would suggest backs at 17st (108kg), forwards 18st (114kg). Players would be weighed before the game in full kit.
The England v France game was full of huge French players with little skill and it was a boring game.
But the Scotland v Ireland game, with the likes of Stuart Hogg and Greig Laidlaw, was full of skills in a brilliant, high tempo game.
