Brunel on top form to move up into the elite

BRUNEL have been promoted into Men’s BUCS Super Rugby after defeating Newcastle 29-25 in a promotion play-off, righting the wrongs of two play-off defeats in the last three years.
Fergus Wood and Ben Wright made the Newcastle scoresheet however were unable to resist a Brunel response with three tries in the second half.
The London side lost just one of 14 league fixtures during the Premier South campaign and become the first London university to progress into the elite league.
