PRL behaving like an arrogant dictatorship

IN regard to the front page headline in last week’s TRP which covered comments from Lord Dyson – the senior judge in the Saracens salary cap investigation – in relation to PRL’s decision not to publish the investigation findings for the benefit of all moving forward.
PRL have made in impossible (unless you have a photographic memory and speed reading skills) for anyone to be able to read, evaluate and implement any changes with the confidence that what you are doing is in line with the report’s recommendations.
