More diversity still needed

I WROTE last season about diversity in the game, how the RFU could encourage more people to take up the whistle including those with autism and learning disabilities.
I also said I would like to see more disability teams form, with a league to play in, and finally, I’d like more women’s rugby on television.
The RFU website has experienced a face lift but there is still a lack of information on the route into becoming a coach/referee or volunteer.
