Rob won’t join England says Exeter boss Rowe

EXETER chairman Tony Rowe has warned the RFU that his director of rugby Rob Baxter will not be enticed to join England.
Rowe, who has helped mastermind Exeter’s steady rise up the leagues to become champions of England, believes Eddie Jones is doomed to fail in the World Cup.
