McGinity set to join Tigers’ shake-up

LEICESTER Tigers are close to appointing former agent Jan McGinity as the new head of operations in a shake-up at Welford Road.
McGinity has been head of sports operations at the Scottish Rugby Union for the last couple of years after leaving Worcester Warriors.
He was an agent with the Essentially Group for nine years before moving to Sixways where he was a consultant before becoming head of recruitment.
