Edwards gets coach offer from Wasps

THE Shaun Edwards saga has taken another twist with Wasps revealing their bid to bring him back into the English Premiership. A two-year contract is on the table after meetings with club owner Derek Richardson.
Wasps made their move during the Six Nations and believed they were on the verge of clinching a deal when the Grand Slam prompted a clamour for Edwards to stay with Wales beyond the World Cup. Edwards had asked Wasps for more time to consider their offer as the WRU made their move to include him as part of Wayne Pivac’s post-World Cup coaching team.
