Webb may ask Toulon for World Cup ticket

RHYS Webb faces a tough decision if he is to be reunited with Wales this summer in time for the World Cup.
The Lions’ scrum-half may be left no option but to ask Toulon for his release provided an early return home ensures his internationa reinstatement after a season in Test exile as the only victim of the Welsh Rugby Union’s contentious 60-cap rule.
But with none of the four regions in a position to consider paying Toulon a transfer fee, let alone afford one, Webb will be left to decide whether to continue on a contract said to be worth more than £500,00...
