Americans stay schtum on Wales ticket sales

THE American promoters of Wales’ Washington premiere are refusing to say how many tickets have been sold for the ‘Clash of the Titans’ against South Africa on Saturday week. Their insistence on treating box-office sales for the match at the Robert F Kennedy Memorial Stadium as classified information comes after denials last month that the one-off ‘Test’ was to be abandoned due to a lack of public interest.
