Borthwick needs help on selection

STEVE Borthwick has been England manager for over three years now, and he has a similar win record (at roughly 60 per cent) to both Stuart Lancaster and Martin Johnson.
He is clearly a better coach than either, and has a better idea of the overall strategy behind winning a World Cup than either Lancaster or Johnson did, but he has proven that he is no better as a selector.
