Brau-Boirie adds weight in midfield

PAU’S 20-year-old centre Fabien Brau-Boirie will make his France debut in a new-look midfield as head coach Fabien Galthie makes two enforced changes to the XV that started the championship with a 36-14 win against Ireland in Paris.
Last week’s starting pair Nicolas Depoortere and Yoram Moefana miss out through injury along with Kalvin Gourgues, who came off the bench.
The 6ft 3in Brau-Boirie – who played for France U20 last season – starts at inside centre alongside club-mate Emilien Gailleton, a try scorer against Wales last year.
