L’borough overcome Notts to make it a super six

LOUGHBOROUGH remained top of BUCS Super Rugby after defeating Nottingham 52-22 to extend their unbeaten run to six games.
The hosts raced to a 25-point lead by the break with Kit Temperley and Sam Bryan both scoring braces alongside tries for Oran Murphy, player of the match Tom Riman, Eric Nixon and Fin Doyle.
African Violet are undefeated over seven home fixtures this season with a home quarter-final games close to being secured.
Bath kept pressure on Loughborough beating Hartpury 39-26 pulling away in the second half.
