Gloucester director of rugby George Skivington has made it clear he fully supports plans to strengthen the club’s coaching and management structure as pressure mounts following a tough first half of the Prem season.
The 43-year-old confirmed discussions are already well advanced to bring an additional figure or figures into the rugby department.
With Gloucester having won just one of their opening nine league fixtures following a defeat to bottom club Newcastle Red Bulls on Friday, he admitted the current setup is stretched and in need of reinforcement.
