BEECHEN Cliff claimed a maiden ACE League title and dominated Loughborough 54-14 for an unbeaten championship round.
The Bath-affiliated school earned a ninth win of the season just two points away from a flawless record with perfect bonus point figures. Southern top-seeds Hartpury did their part outplaying Oaklands 47-7and finished second in the table, knowing that a 15-5 loss to Cliff in the opening week of the championship round cost them the title. Gordon’s concluded their campaign with a 42-19 victory over Northern premiers.
