Exeter Chiefs’ strong start to the season has left Ben Coen kicking his heels rather than a rugby ball, but the England Under-20 outside-half has used the time to pump knowledge out of the likes of Henry Slade and Len Ikitau.

Coen, a regular starter in this year’s U20 Six Nations and World Rugby’s U20 Championship, made his first appearance of the season in the Prem Cup at Sale on Friday night.
