James Forrester has been blown away by the progress England have made and feels Steve Borthwick has nailed his back row balance.

Forrester, 44, who is now Gloucester’s commercial sales director, won two caps for England at No.8 in 2005 against Wales and Samoa – both alongside Borthwick.
