Neath take down leaders Ponty

NEATH inflicted a first league defeat of the season on Welsh Premiership leaders Pontypridd after coming out on top 26-20 at the Gnoll.
Wing Ki Morgan, centre Sam Harris and skipper Ben Williams scored for Neath, who were also awarded a penalty try. Paul Short added two conversions.
Lock Ethan Evans scored twice for the visitors. Jorge Lucey added both conversions and two penal-ties. It was also Ponty’s second defeat at Neath in the space of six weeks, having also lost there as holders in the first round of the Premiership Cup.
