Bevan joins Bristol on short-term deal

BRISTOL Bears have signed Cardiff and Wales scrum-half Ellis Bevan on a four-week loan to help ease the club through their early-season injury crisis.
Bevan, 25, who has won six caps for his country, will provide cover during the Prem Cup period with England No.9 Harry Randall and Max Pepper out injured, and Oscar Lennon recalled by Hartpury for their match with Champ pace-setters Ealing Trailfinders. Bevan, left, made his Wales debut in June 2024 against South Africa and won his last three caps during last year’s autumn internationals.
