BATH kicked off their campaign with an eye-catching eight-try away win against defending champions Hartpury 54-21. Four of the players in their ranks were fresh from making their senior Bath debuts in the Prem Cup against Exeter last weekend: co-captain Max Pearce, Alfie Griffin, Alex Ridgway and James Linegar.
