Taine Basham is ready to kick-start his career as he looks to force his way back into the Wales reckoning.

He exploded onto the international scene in the autumn of 2021, producing outstanding displays on the openside flank against New Zealand and South Africa.
But he has been in and out of the Welsh set-up since then, with the last of his 17 caps coming some 18 months ago.
Having made the move from the Dragons to Cardiff, he is now aiming to recapture the dynamic form which first propelled him into the Test arena.
