Testimonial delight for Adamson

DEAN Adamson scored on his testimonial match as Bedford kick-started their preseason campaign with a 54-35 victory over National 1’s Blackheath at Goldington Road. The contest remained in the balance, with only a converted score separating the sides on 70 minutes, but two late tries through Fred Tuilagi and Ryan Apps stamped the Championship side’s authority on the game.
