The travelling Lions press pack from the UK and Ireland has swollen to around 30 during the Test series and was given privileged access to the Long Room at the MCG on Tuesday thanks to Visit Victoria.
Hacks got a boat to Melbourne Park, covered thankfully in teeming rain, and got treated to lunch in the inner sanctum of Australia’s most iconic ground and given a tour of the dressing rooms, Bill Lawry Cricket Centre and a chat from former Australian bowler Damien Fleming, below.
