U20s star signs for Scarlets

WELSH-qualified U20s World Cup winner Ioan Jones is joining the Scarlets from Gloucester.
Full-back Jones, part of England’s winning squad last summer, qualifies for Wales through his father.
The 20-year-old has played nine games for Gloucester this season, including in the Premiership and Challenge Cup.
