Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I came from a very sporting family and started watching rugby when dad was coach at Moseley back in the 80s, I was ball boy back when Moseley beat Bath. I always saw coaching as something I wanted to do from a young age and I started helping out with North Midlands sides with Graham Smith many years ago.
What is/was your profession outside of coaching rugby?
Teaching predominantly, I work at The Blue Coat ...
