HINCKLEY’S start to the season has not been what many were expecting, with the team going into the fourth round of fixtures with zero wins.
A 10-point defeat by Luctonians on the opening day was followed by Loughborough Students stacking up 50 points against them before a tightly fought contest against Cinderford saw Hinckley on the wrong side of a 17–19 scoreline.
The club came into this weekend sitting second from bottom, a far cry from their seventh-place finish last season.
