NORTHAMPTON and Bath will face off in today’s final of the U18s Academy League at Kingsholm. Bath’s 39-19 win over Gloucester at Kingsholm secured a perfect, unbeaten group stage record, while Saints finished top by beating Newcastle 54-17.
The bronze medal will be fought for by Exeter and Sale. Exeter are favourites having matched Northampton’s points tally – they finished with a 39- 31 win against Bristol. Sale are fresh having had a bye, but will be disappointed their stint at the top of the table was so brief.
