Turner berates poor governance of game

FORMER Wales international and ex-Dragons head coach Paul Turner believes English and Welsh rugby will both be dancing with disaster until the unions take more control over the club game.
The Ampthill head coach is firm in his thinking that the RFU and the WRU need to follow in the lead of Ireland and Scotland where “the unions have got full control and govern properly”.
Turner’s view is in line with that of former Wales captain Sam Warburton, who has gone public in recent weeks stating the WRU should have more control over the regions.
