Loughborough Students fell to defeat against fellow student side Exeter University in their first home game of the season.
The visitors outscored their hosts by five tries to three in front of a crowd of 372, with Benji Joseland crossing twice.
With the two student sides used to facing opponents that want to grind them down physically, it was set to be a great afternoon of fast-paced rugby from two evenly-matched opponents.
