Bury’s unbeaten start brought to grinding halt

TONBRIDGE Juddians produced a workmanlike performance in beating Bury five tries to three in an entertaining game at the Slade.
The visitors arrived with two wins from two but it was TJs who started the brighter, stringing phases together in attack only to cough up the ball at the crucial moment.
Despite TJs early pressure, it was Bury who struck first with winger Michael Stanway crossing.
Ten minutes later Samir Kharbouch doubled the lead and this time Charlie Reed added the conversion.
