NEWPORT Salop will be playing in the National Leagues for the first time next season and head coach Bob Adams believes their potent attack can lead them to a mid-table finish.
Adams’ side finished top of last season’s Midlands Premier, losing only three of their 26 games and earned promotion to the newly formed National 2 West. Newport scored over a 1,000 points in 26 games averaging 39 points per game and Adams believes their entertaining running rugby will stand them in good stead.
