Woodward returns to Premiership at Sale

Experienced head: Jason Woodward in action for Gloucester

Sale Sharks have signed former Gloucester fullback Jason Woodward ahead of the new season.
He has signed a one-year deal at the AJ Bell Stadium after being released by the Cherry & Whites at the end of last season.
The 32-year-old, who can also play on the wing and at centre, had been at Kingsholm since 2017 and played 67 times for the club after spells with Bristol, and the Rebels and Hurricanes in Super Rugby.
