Falcons preparing to relive the glory days

The Premiership celebrates its 25th birthday later this month and the inaugural champions, Newcastle, are so determined to make more of an impact in the coming campaign that they have involved the club’s psychologist in their pre-season planning.
Falcons started the last two seasons with a rush only to tail off and find themselves scrabbling around near the bottom.
