Fear of drop brought real buzz -Thompson

FORMER Leicester and Wasps back row Guy Thompson says promotion and relegation between the Premiership and the Championship are a must if the game wants to increase excitement levels.
The 35-year-old, who announced his retirement last month, scored two tries for Tigers in a mustwin relegation clash at a full-house Newcastle Falcons in April 2019.
