TOM PENNY says moving to Harlequins on loan just before the pandemic helped to give him a new lease of life at Newcastle.
Since returning to the north-east for the 2020/21 season, the versatile backthree player has made twice as many Premiership appearances for Newcastle than in his four previous top-flight campaigns at Kingston Park.
