AN independent panel will this week rule whether Worcester were justified in calling off their Premiership match at Gloucester last month because they had only 18 available after an outbreak of Covid and a respiratory illness at Sixways.
The two clubs had until last Thursday to make their submissions to the panel, which has been assembled by Sports Resolutions UK at the request of Premiership Rugby and they have provided contrasting evidence.
