LEINSTER captain Luke McGrath praised the way his men got on top in the second-half and ran in six tries to secure a bonus point win at the Sportsground.
The champions initially didn’t make a third minute red card to Connacht centre Tom Daly for a high tackle on Ciaran Frawley count but they took control after the restart.
Tommy O’Brien was in the bin for Leinster after he took out Connacht lock Niall Murray as he received the kick-off when Daly was dismissed.
