Halaifonua banned for six matches

LONDON Scottish centre David Halaifonua has been banned for six games following a citing for a dangerous high tackle against Richmond. He is free to play again on December 14.
Halaifonua was entitled to some mitigation on account of his acceptance of the charge and positive off-field factors, however the panel were mindful that he has a number of previous suspensions, all for dangerous tackles.
