Bolton offer help to mafia-hit club

BOLTON RUFC, a level seven amateur club that yesterday played their first league match since the Covid- 19 outbreak, have come to the assistance of a Sicilian club that the mafia are trying to close down because it is diverting children from crime.
The Bolton committee decided to act after reading about the struggle facing the Briganti di Libinro club which was founded in 2006 on a housing estate in Catania that was badly run down because the money ran out before it was finished.
