Scarratt set to be named women’s player of decade

ENGLAND centre Scarratt is expecting to be crowned World women’s player decade tomorrow.
It caps a very successful few weeks for Scarratt after captaining England to the Grand Slam.
She is being acknowl-edged as the best female player for the decade in which she played in three World Cup finals and became her country’s leading points scorer.
Scarratt had a substantial lead in the poll organised by World Rugby when voting by fans closed last month. Success in three more England internationals since has only added to her reputation.
