English and Welsh clubs in chase for Bevan

WELSH regions Cardiff Blues and Scarlets are understood to be rivalling Harlequins and other leading English clubs for Wales Under-20 scrum-half Ellis Bevan.
The Cardiff Metropolitan University student impressed in the junior Six Nations at the start of the year and produced a stand-out, tryscoring display in the win over France.
Bevan was born in Solihull and is qualified for England and Wales.
He has played at all junior levels for Wales after being picked up from Bryanston School in Dorset via the Welsh Exiles programme.
