ENGLAND U20s head coach Alan Dickens has challenged his squad to take their chances and beat a path into Eddie Jones’ plans for the 2023 World Cup.
Dickens, newly appointed to the role after 11 years at Northampton, points to the rapid ascent of former U20s stars like Tom Curry and Joe Cokanasiga, who emerged from virtually nowhere two years ago to be part of England’s senior World Cup squad in Japan.
