JARROD Evans is just 23 and has only three Test caps to his name, but he will head into 2020 as Wales’ incumbent fly-half determined to learn the lessons of a painful year.
The Cardiff Blues tyro is one of Welsh rugby’s brightest young talents, but in 2019 he suffered the disappointment of missing out on selection for the World Cup at the last minute.
