GLASGOW got “spanked” in their PRO14 opener in Bloemfontein, with the South Africans running in seven tries against the shell-shocked visitors.
Warriors were second best all night and head coach Dave Rennie said: “We expected better, we weren’t good enough.
“We were a couple of cogs off. You can get spanked in this competition and that’s what happened. Our set piece didn’t function and we didn’t tackle well enough.”
